Many organizations, which have annual/quarterly conference, conduct a "call for presenters," asking their members and people in their field or industry to submit proposals for presentations, training sessions, and events.
This process can be difficult. The proposals go through a review process to determine which will be accepted and approved for inclusion in the conference.
This Proposal Submission System is a first-generation attempt to automate this process via the web.
Proposals are submitted online by their presenters. They are tracked through different stages of screening and scoring. Ultimately some are selected.
This process is somewhat fixed at this time, but please feel free to ask for customizations.

Legislative Action Center
We are pleased to provide our Chamber Nation customers with a formal Legislative Action Center.
- Edit/maintain a list of legislators (House and Senate)
- Set up legislative items (the issue at hand), begin and end dates, the details about the requests (why people should contact their legislator). You can provide the suggested subject and message text, house/senate/both, multiple selection (whether you want people to be able to send to multiple legislators).
- You can post this url on your website or send out in an email to your contacts.
- As people respond, the system will track who has contacted which legislator.
